Custom Boxing Gear Quote Guide
A clear RFQ reduces avoidable revision rounds and helps plan production around your event, gym launch or wholesale order. This guide covers custom championship belts, custom boxing gloves and mixed procurement briefs.
What a useful PunchPowerUp RFQ includes
Preparing these points before your first message helps us review the route and confirm a specification in the quotation.
- Product / category — championship belts, boxing gloves, fightwear, protective gear, ring bells, gym hardware, or a mixed wholesale brief
- Quantity — the quantity the quotation should cover
- Artwork / logo files — AI, SVG or PSD source files at high resolution; an unfinished logo or rough idea is enough to start the review
- Configuration requirements — colours, sizes, weight / OZ, plate layout or any per-item configuration
- Destination country — for shipping route, VAT and customs planning
- Required project or event timing — so production and transport can be assessed against the fixed date
- Sample requirement — whether you want to start with a sample and which product route it applies to
- Shipping preference / request — your preferred arrangement, so the route can be confirmed with the quotation

Mixed and wholesale briefs
For mixed-category or wholesale orders, prepare the categories, quantities, branding requirements, destination and one combined deadline. The Custom & Wholesale page explains how one brief connects the product, brand and delivery plan.
Order sequence
The order sequence is fixed for custom orders:
- Inquiry
- Requirements / specification discussion
- Final quotation
- Customer confirms the order
- 100% full payment
- Formal custom artwork/design begins
- Final artwork approval
- Manufacturing begins
- Pre-shipment review / QC media where applicable
- Shipping
Production time is not delivery time: shipping, customs and delivery are planned separately and confirmed for your destination and route.
Custom order terms
Custom product pricing is quoted to specification. After final artwork approval and before production, a 30% design fee applies to cancellation. Once production begins, cancellation, return or refund for change-of-mind reasons is not available; statutory rights for defects, damage or non-conformity remain protected.
Send your brief
Send the points above in your first message and we will review the category, quantity, artwork, destination and timing before preparing a quotation.
