MOQ, Samples & First-Order Options

What is the minimum order for custom championship belts? The standard MOQ is 10 pcs. A one-piece order or sample may also be possible with an additional sample fee — the fee is not fixed and is discussed per order, so the exact amount is confirmed in the quotation.

Sample first or bulk directly?

Many first-time buyers use a sample to evaluate the belt before committing to a bulk quantity: the visible plate treatment, strap, dimensions and artwork reproduction can be reviewed in hand, and pre-shipment photos or video can support the review. Others move straight to bulk when the design is already clear and the event date is fixed. Both routes can be reviewed; the single-belt sample route is a separate, quotation-dependent option and does not change the standard 10-pcs MOQ for a bulk order.

The sample fee is confirmed in the quotation. A sample is not a certified inspection, and it does not guarantee that a future bulk run will be identical in every detail — the approved artwork and confirmed specification are the production reference.

Custom Order & Cancellation

Custom orders require 100% full payment before formal custom design work begins.

Stage A — final artwork approved, manufacturing not started: if the customer cancels for change-of-mind reasons, 30% of the total order value is retained as a design fee and the remaining 70% is refunded.

Stage B — manufacturing started after final artwork approval: there is no change-of-mind cancellation or refund.

Defective goods, damaged goods, non-conforming goods, supplier-caused wrong customisation, and mandatory statutory rights are outside this rule.

Manufacturing completion and final delivery are different milestones. A belt can be finished at the factory and still wait in transit, customs or a delivery round. That is why we plan the production schedule and the delivery route separately, and why we ask for the destination and event date early.

Shipping transit time is confirmed for your destination and route. Final production and shipping schedules are confirmed in the quotation.

The 40-day figure is the recommended starting point for the order process — not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production Visibility & QC Proof

Fixed-date projects often need clear visibility on status.

• Pre-shipment photos and video can be provided for review before dispatch
• If interim production updates are important for your project, raise this requirement during quotation so availability can be reviewed for that order
• Any additional inspection requirement should be included in the brief and confirmed before manufacturing
