CUSTOM ORDER TERMS / STAGE BOUNDARY
Approval and production are separate recorded decisions.
Custom orders require 100% full payment before formal custom design work begins.
If you cancel after the final artwork has been approved but before manufacturing begins, 30% of the total order value is retained as a design fee and the remaining 70% is refunded.
Once manufacturing has started following final artwork approval, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.
This does not affect issues relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
