VERIFY BEFORE SHIPMENT

What you can verify before shipment.

Custom orders follow a recorded sequence, and each stage has a practical review point. This is what a first-time buyer can normally expect to see:

Approved artwork reference — final artwork is confirmed and recorded before manufacturing begins; the approved design is the production reference.
Finished belt photos and plate / finish detail — visible plate treatment, strap, dimensions and construction detail can be reviewed from project photos.
Pre-shipment photo / video review — where applicable for the order, photos or video can be provided for review before dispatch.
Packing and dispatch preparation — individual wrapping, foam protection and carton packing can be shown as dispatch preparation.

These are practical review points, not certified inspection: one photo cannot prove every material, dimension, quantity or delivery condition. ANONYMISED PROJECT RECORD / 2025

This anonymised record shows how a fixed-date belt project moved through artwork, finish, delivery and dispatch review. It documents one example project only and is not a pattern promise for every order.

01Day 0 — Brief received. Ten championship belts planned around a fixed event date; quantity and deadline set the review route.
02Day 3 — Artwork and specification review. Logos, plate arrangement, brass plates and finish direction confirmed; vector or high-resolution source files requested; final artwork approval recorded before manufacturing begins.
03Week 1–2 — Production and finish review. Polishing, electroplating, baked paint and protective wrapping discussed; progress images shared for visible review.
04Week 2 — Delivery planning. Customs and split-parcel planning reviewed against the fixed event date; production and transport treated as separate milestones.

How to read this archive.

Are all images actual customer projects?

No. Each image is labelled by evidence type. Product, sample and packing images are separated from illustrative application imagery.

How are illustrative images labelled?

They are marked “Illustrative Application” and are not described as completed customer work.

Can you provide more product or QC evidence privately?

Where permissions and confidentiality allow, relevant evidence can be discussed after the project brief is reviewed.

Why are some customer names not shown?

Some projects are confidential and some source permissions cover the product image without naming the buyer.

Can one project use several proof stages?

Yes. Artwork, sample, production, QC and packing evidence can form separate review stages.

What evidence can be reviewed before shipment?

The useful evidence depends on the product and agreed scope, and can include appearance, variants, artwork, labels and packing condition.

Does a previous product image guarantee the same specification?

No. A previous image is evidence of that item only; a new specification must be reviewed and confirmed.
