What you can verify before shipment.

Custom orders follow a recorded sequence, and each stage has a practical review point. This is what a first-time buyer can normally expect to see:

• Approved artwork reference — final artwork is confirmed and recorded before manufacturing begins; the approved design is the production reference.
• Finished belt photos and plate / finish detail — visible plate treatment, strap, dimensions and construction detail can be reviewed from project photos.
• Pre-shipment photo / video review — where applicable for the order, photos or video can be provided for review before dispatch.
• Packing and dispatch preparation — individual wrapping, foam protection and carton packing can be shown as dispatch preparation.

These are practical review points, not certified inspection: one photo cannot prove every material, dimension, quantity or delivery condition. ANONYMISED PROJECT RECORD / WHEN IT DOESN'T GO TO PLAN

Ten belts, a fixed event date, and a supplier failure.

This is a real project record, anonymised. It is included because a proof page that only shows what went right is not proof — it's marketing.

1. 01Brief received. Ten championship belts for a fixed event date, genuine leather strap, solid brass 4mm plate, three logos.
2. 02First production failed QC. The batch arrived scratched, scuffed, with missing paint and no protective varnish — not usable for the event.
3. 03Re-route with under two weeks left. A different factory was engaged, specification reconfirmed, and production restarted at risk.
4. 04Expedited at our cost. Protective film and wrapping were added per belt, and express freight was paid out of pocket to compensate for the lost time.
5. 05Customs delay on arrival. The shipment split into two parcels and was held for missing VAT/EORI information — a common snag for private, non-business recipients in the EU.

The honest outcome: the replacement belts did not clear customs in time for the event. The buyer used older belts as a stand-in. We offered a product at no cost as compensation once the situation was confirmed.

This is also why our current guidance is to start championship belt orders at least 40 days ahead of a fixed date, and why the Shipping & Customs page asks for destination and recipient type early — this project is the reason that question exists. Project details are anonymised: no event, country, customer or venue identifiers are shown, and this is not a pattern promise for every order.

VERIFIED PATTERN / MULTI-YEAR RELATIONSHIP

Repeat orders, several countries, one recurring buyer.

One European distributor relationship, running since early 2024, is used here as a pattern rather than a single transaction: repeated smart boxing machine orders — multiple colourways — shipped across France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada to that distributor's own end clients, alongside side requests for round timers, MMA training mats and printed team apparel.

Real problems came up along the way and were worked through rather than hidden: packaging that arrived damaged, an app registration screen with no English option, a delivery the courier couldn't reach until the recipient was contacted directly. None of that is unique to us — it's what actually happens running physical goods across borders — and it's why product FAQs and app setup notes keep getting added as issues surface.

The relationship is now in its third year. That is the actual evidence for "returning customers": not a single glowing message, but a buyer who keeps coming back after seeing both the good and the annoying parts of working with us.
