Primary intended use: training. The standard custom glove route is intended for training orders for gyms, clubs and brands.
Competition use is not recommended under the standard custom glove route. We do not describe custom gloves as competition-ready, fight-approved or certified for competition.

Requirements and specification discussion, the final quotation and customer confirmation occur before payment. Formal custom artwork/design begins only after 100% full payment. Manufacturing begins after final artwork approval.
Custom Order & Cancellation
Custom orders require 100% full payment before formal custom design work begins.
Stage A — final artwork approved, manufacturing not started: if the customer cancels for change-of-mind reasons, 30% of the total order value is retained as a design fee and the remaining 70% is refunded.
Stage B — manufacturing started after final artwork approval: there is no change-of-mind cancellation or refund.
Defective goods, damaged goods, non-conforming goods, supplier-caused wrong customisation, and mandatory statutory rights are outside this rule.
Sample & Production Timing
The custom sample or production route is confirmed per order.
- Sample lead time: approx. 10 working days
- Bulk production: approx. 20 working days
- Peak season: approx. 30 working days
- Rush orders: at least 10 working days’ notice required
The standard MOQ of 100 pairs for one colour and one size configuration applies to all custom glove orders, including sample requests. There is no lower sample MOQ.
Production timing is not delivery timing: shipping transit is confirmed separately for your destination and route.
QC & Proof
- Pre-shipment photos and video can be provided for review before dispatch
- If additional inspection requirements matter for your project, include them in the brief so availability can be reviewed before order confirmation

Shipping
- EU and UK orders are commonly shipped by air

1. What is the minimum order for custom gloves?
Standard MOQ: 100 pairs for one colour and one size configuration. This applies to all custom glove orders.

Yes. Logo is printed on the back of hand and knuckle area.

5. What sizes or weights can we order?
OZ / weight options are supported; the exact range is confirmed per brief in the quotation.
6. Can the gloves be used for competition?
Competition use is not recommended under the standard custom glove route. Custom gloves are produced for training.
7. How long does production take?
Sample approx. 10 working days; bulk approx. 20 working days; peak season approx. 30 working days. Rush orders require at least 10 working days’ notice.
8. When do we pay?
100% full payment is required before formal custom design work begins. After final artwork approval, manufacturing begins.
9. Do you provide QC photos?
Pre-shipment photos and video can be provided for review before dispatch.
10. Can we publish the gloves as a case study?
Public case use is not supported for glove projects.
