An unfinished logo can start the conversation. Artwork still needs human confirmation, and unconfirmed details do not move into production.

CUSTOM ORDER TERMS

Final artwork approval changes the cancellation boundary.

If the customer decides not to proceed after the final design or artwork has been approved, but before production begins, a design fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be payable or retained.

Once the final design has been approved and production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, or any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

EVENT DATE & DELIVERY

The event date is a project constraint.

Design confirmation, sampling, production, QC and transport all require time. Share the target date early; urgent capability must be assessed separately.

Shipping terms are confirmed in the quotation. Import VAT, customs duty and customs-clearance fees are paid by the recipient or importer unless written order terms expressly state otherwise.

BUYER DECISION FAQ

Resolve the brief before the quote.

What information should I prepare for a custom belt enquiry?

Share the title, intended use, artwork, approximate quantity, target date and delivery country.

Can you work from an unfinished logo or rough idea?

Yes. A rough direction can start the review, but final artwork still requires confirmation.

How is the belt design approved before production?

Logo, wording, proportions, placement and finish direction are reviewed as artwork before production.

Is a sample always required?

No. The route depends on complexity and is discussed before production.

Can one order include different belt designs?

It can be reviewed as one brief. Feasibility and quotation depend on the actual designs and quantities.

How should we plan around an event date?

Share it early so design, production, QC and transport can be assessed without a false fixed promise.

Can you help plan packing and customs-handled delivery?

Packing and available customs-handled routes can be reviewed by destination and order.

What determines the quotation?

Design complexity, quantity, confirmed specifications, production route and delivery requirements.
