SHIPPING FAQ

Confirm the route before confirming expectations.

Which European countries can you ship to?

Routes are reviewed for the destination, postcode, product, quantity and current carrier conditions. Share the delivery country for a project-specific review.

Is shipping included in every product price?

The Smart Boxing Machine includes worldwide shipping in its US$249 price. Custom-product shipping is confirmed in the quotation.

Are import VAT, customs duty and clearance fees included?

No. The recipient or importer pays these charges when applicable unless written order terms expressly state otherwise.

Can you arrange customs-handled delivery?

Customs-handled options may be available for some destinations and orders. Availability and responsibilities must be confirmed before quotation.

How early should we plan for an event date?

Share the event date at the start so artwork, sampling, production, QC, dispatch and customs can be assessed backward from that fixed date.

What information is needed to review a shipping route?

Provide the country and postcode, product, quantity, target date, organisation, customs or VAT needs, preferred route and any unloading constraints.

How are products packed before dispatch?

Protection, individual packing, cartons, labels, address details and QC evidence are reviewed against the confirmed product and route.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

No fixed arrival date is guaranteed before the route is confirmed. Carrier delays, customs inspection, weather and destination restrictions remain outside direct control.
