NEW BRIEF

Custom Project

For new identity, new structure or a project assembled around a particular event.

  • New artwork
  • Event-specific identity
  • Custom colors
  • Mixed product requirements
  • Special packing
  • One-off presentation projects
REPEAT ROUTE

Wholesale / Repeat Supply

For an established product direction that still needs current quantities, terms and delivery confirmed.

  • Confirmed product direction
  • Repeat orders
  • Stable size or variant breakdown
  • Ongoing gym supply
  • Small distributor replenishment

Wholesale does not mean one fixed low price. The quotation still depends on the product, quantity, specification, packing and delivery requirements.

QUOTE LOGIC / 02

What Shapes the Quote

  1. 01

    Product Category

The category sets the specification, production and packing questions.

  2. 02

    Quantity

Quantity is reviewed per product—not treated as one universal minimum.

  3. 03

    Artwork Complexity

Logo quality, wording, colours and placement affect the review route.

  4. 04

    Size / Variant Breakdown

Each size, colour or model split needs a count that can be checked.

  5. 05

    Sample Requirement

Sampling depends on complexity, value, deadline and project risk.

  6. 06

    Packing

Presentation, protection, labels and carton planning are confirmed per brief.

  7. 07

    Delivery Country and Deadline

Destination and target date shape the available delivery route.

COMMERCIAL RULES / 08

Confirmed boundaries, without invented wholesale terms.

MOQ: There is no single minimum order quantity for every custom product. It is confirmed by category and production route.

If the customer decides not to proceed after the final design or artwork has been approved, but before production begins, a design fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be payable or retained.

Once the final design has been approved and production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, or any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Sample policy, quotation validity, payment milestones, repeat-order terms and exclusivity appear only after they are confirmed in writing.

CUSTOM / WHOLESALE FAQ

Resolve the route before the quotation.

Is there one minimum order quantity for every product?

No. Product type, specification, customisation and production route determine what quantity can be reviewed.

Can one enquiry include several product categories?

Yes. List each product, quantity, size or variant needs, artwork status and deadline in one mixed brief.

Can you work from unfinished artwork?

Yes. A rough direction can start the review, but final wording, proportion, colour and placement must be approved before production.

Is a sample always required?

No. The product, complexity, quantity, deadline and risk level determine whether sampling or direct production is appropriate.

How is wholesale pricing calculated?

Pricing follows the confirmed product, quantity, specification, packing and delivery route—not a generic discount table.

Can you support repeat orders?

Repeat supply can be reviewed when the product and specification are confirmed. Availability and current terms are checked for each order.

How are QC and packing handled?

Artwork proof, production evidence, QC photos, packing, labels and delivery requirements are agreed against the project.

How should we plan around an event date?

Share the fixed date early so artwork, sampling, production, QC and delivery can be assessed together.
