Terms and Conditions

1. Custom-order process
A website enquiry is not itself a final quotation or production authorisation. The approved custom-order sequence is:
- Inquiry
- Requirements and specification discussion
- Final quotation
- Customer confirms the order
- 100% full payment
- Formal custom artwork or design begins
- Final artwork approval
- Manufacturing begins
- Pre-shipment review or QC media where applicable
- Shipping
100% full payment is required before formal custom design work begins.
2. Artwork, manufacturing and cancellation
Formal custom artwork or design begins after the required payment. Final artwork approval is the manufacturing reference, and manufacturing starts after final artwork approval.
If final artwork has been approved, manufacturing has not started and the customer cancels for a change-of-mind reason, 30% of the total order value is retained as a design fee and the remaining 70% is refunded.
Once manufacturing has started after final artwork approval, there is no cancellation or refund for change-of-mind reasons.
Defective, damaged, non-conforming, supplier-caused wrong customisation and mandatory statutory rights remain outside this change-of-mind rule.
3. Production, shipping and timing
Production time is not delivery time. Shipping and customs happen after production. Approximate production figures are planning information, not delivery promises.
For Championship Belts, a sample may take about 20 working days, standard bulk production about 30 working days and peak production about 40 working days. Rush belt production is not supported.
For Custom Boxing Gloves, a sample may take about 10 working days, standard bulk production about 20 working days and peak production about 30 working days. Rush requests require at least 10 working days’ notice.
4. Championship Belts
The standard MOQ is 10 pieces. A single belt may be possible with an additional sample fee, subject to quotation. Approved artwork inputs include AI, PSD, SVG and other high-resolution source files. Design support is available with one revision round and final design confirmation before manufacturing.
Confirmed production vocabulary includes machine metal engraving, custom colours, electroplating, baked paint, a brass main plate, synthetic or faux-leather strap, and leather plus fabric backing or lining. Typical overall length is approximately 1.0–1.2 m, strap width approximately 20 cm and total weight approximately 3 kg. These are typical figures; the main plate dimensions are custom and have no fixed standard.
Packaging includes individual plastic wrapping, foam protection in the carton and bulk carton packing. Pre-shipment photos or video may be provided where applicable.
5. Custom Boxing Gloves
The MOQ is 100 pairs for one colour and one size configuration, and the same MOQ applies to custom sample requests. The primary use is training; competition use is not recommended.
Confirmed materials and components include PU, cotton fabric, foam and Velcro. Supported logo positions include the back of hand and knuckle area, using printed logo application. Custom colours are supported, and approved artwork inputs include AI, SVG and PSD files.
Packaging is one plastic bag plus one paper box per pair, with 50 pairs per carton. Packaging customisation is not confirmed under the current route. Pre-shipment photos or video may be provided where applicable.
6. Freight, VAT and customs
FOB is confirmed for the applicable belt and glove routes where stated in the quotation. DDP is not confirmed for gloves. For belts, DDP can be assessed for eligible destinations; this does not create a universal tax-inclusive delivery promise.
EU and UK orders are commonly shipped by air. VAT, customs duty and clearance responsibility default to the buyer or importer unless written commercial terms state otherwise. The destination, route and responsibility must be confirmed before dispatch.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory statutory right that cannot lawfully be limited.
