PunchPowerUp operates this website and handles enquiries submitted through it.

2. Information used for enquiries

When you send a request for quotation or project enquiry, we may use your name, email address and project notes. Depending on what you choose to provide, this may also include your organisation, country, product category, estimated quantity, target deadline, website or social URL, phone or WhatsApp number, buyer type, budget range and preferred delivery route.

3. Why we use enquiry information

We use enquiry information to review your requirements, clarify product specifications, prepare or respond to a quotation, communicate about a private project enquiry and handle a project if it progresses to an order.

Enquiry details are handled as private business information. Sending an RFQ does not publish your brief or subscribe you to marketing.

4. Retention

Ordinary unconverted RFQ or project-enquiry information is retained for two months after the latest relevant enquiry interaction. It should then be deleted or anonymised unless retention remains necessary for an active customer-requested project, an order or transaction, dispute handling, accounting or tax records, or a legal obligation.

5. Email marketing

Marketing permission is separate from enquiry handling. Where an optional marketing choice is offered, it is not required to send an RFQ and should be left unchecked by default.

If you separately opt in, you may withdraw that permission or unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or contacting niclashuh@foxmail.com. Marketing will not be based solely on submitting an RFQ.

6. Security and abuse prevention

Website enquiry handling uses measures such as request validation, a form security token, spam-prevention checks, private enquiry storage and short-term rate limiting. These measures reduce misuse but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for essential site functions and, where you allow them, Statistics such as analytics and source attribution. The consent choices, withdrawal controls and relevant cookie families are described in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your questions and requests

For a privacy question or a request concerning your information, contact niclashuh@foxmail.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and, where necessary, verify your request. We will handle requests according to the requirements that apply to the situation.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the business, enquiry process, cookies or information practices change. The latest version will show its update date.
