THE COMMISSION BRIEF

Give the project enough detail to be reviewed properly.

This is not a fixed-price checkout. The form creates a project entry so product, artwork, timing and delivery questions can be reviewed together.

PRIVACY GATE ACTIVE

Project submission is temporarily closed.

The quote page remains available for planning, but the public form will open only after its privacy, access-control, mail and abuse-prevention checks pass.

DELIVERY & DEADLINE NOTE

An event date is a planning constraint, not a delivery promise.

Share fixed event dates early. Production and transport timing are confirmed separately after the product route and artwork status are understood.

Customs-handled options depend on the destination and order. VAT, duties and freight routes are confirmed per project; DDP is not guaranteed for every country, and this page does not make fixed freight or tax promises.

QUOTE FAQ

Questions before the brief is reviewed.

What information do you need before quoting?

Start with product category, approximate quantity, delivery country, target date, artwork status and any packing or shipping constraints.

Can I upload unfinished artwork?

Public artwork upload remains closed until private storage and malware scanning are verified. Artwork can be sent after the initial brief is reviewed.

Can one enquiry include several product categories?

Yes. Choose Mixed Product Brief and list each category, quantity and deadline requirement in the notes.

Is this form final artwork approval?

No. Quote submission starts a review. Final artwork approval and production authorisation are separate recorded steps.

How do you plan around a fight-event deadline?

The fixed event date is reviewed against artwork, sampling or production, QC and transport stages before any timing route is confirmed.

What happens after I submit the form?

The brief is saved as a private WordPress entry. Clarification questions follow when information is missing or conflicting; no response time is promised until confirmed.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

Clarity first. Then sampling, production and delivery planning.

No fixed MOQ, price, delivery time or customs route is assumed by this form.
