Visitors should use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

Product Information

Images and descriptions should be read with their evidence labels. Illustrative imagery is not a completed customer project, and previous product evidence does not guarantee an identical future specification.

Smart Boxing Machine

The Smart Boxing Machine price is US$249, worldwide shipping is included, and the minimum order is one unit. PunchPowerUp charges no installation fee or local handling fee. Checkout remains closed until warranty, return, defect, availability, dispatch and core specification decisions are completed.

Import Charges

Import VAT, customs duty and customs-clearance fees are not included. The recipient or importer pays these charges when applicable unless the quotation or order confirmation expressly states otherwise. PunchPowerUp remains responsible for the accuracy of the product description, declared value and commercial documents it has agreed to provide.

Custom Quote Products

Championship belts, ring bells, gloves, protective gear, fightwear and gym hardware are made to specification and quoted after the brief is reviewed. Website content and quote submission are not themselves a binding quotation, final artwork approval or production authorisation.

Custom Approval and Design Fee

If the customer decides not to proceed after the final design or artwork has been approved, but before production begins, a design fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be payable or retained.

Custom Production and Change of Mind

Once the final design has been approved and production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, or any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approval Record

The intended workflow is: quote submitted; quotation reviewed; commercial terms accepted; artwork reviewed; final artwork approval recorded; production authorised; production starts. The approval method must be recorded for the order.

Customer Materials

The customer must have permission to provide logos, names, images and other materials. Detailed ownership, licence, infringement and deletion rules require legal approval.

Quotations

Quotation validity, included work, currency, taxes, payment milestones and change-control terms are stated in the issued quotation. No universal validity period is asserted here. BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED.

Samples

The need, fee and credit treatment of a sample are agreed per project. A sample is not implied for every order.

Orders and Payment

Payment methods, payment entity, payment milestones and invoice process remain unconfirmed. BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED.

Shipping and Event Dates

Custom-product shipping is confirmed in the quotation. A target event date is planning information, not an automatic delivery guarantee. Any binding date must be written into the accepted order terms.

Returns Authorisation

Do not return goods without prior written authorisation. After the return request has been reviewed, PunchPowerUp will provide the applicable return address, recipient details and shipping instructions.

Smart Machine Warranty and Returns

Warranty duration, change-of-mind return eligibility, return freight and the defect claim process remain unconfirmed. BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

No term excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Detailed liability limits require legal review. BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED.

Resolving Concerns

If a concern arises, please contact PunchPowerUp first. The parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith consultation and direct negotiation.

If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, each party retains any rights and remedies available under the applicable contract and mandatory law.

Governing Law

No governing law, exclusive court or mandatory arbitration institution is asserted. BUSINESS OR LEGAL DECISION REQUIRED.
